Maryland Bankruptcy Attorney
William (Will) is a Maryland Bankruptcy Attorney who has practiced for the better part of the last 10 years, helping consumers resolve their unsecured and secured debt issues. Will is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and a frequent contributor to their listserve. He built a nationwide bankruptcy practice from the ground up, eventually overseeing staff attorneys in 47 States and the District of Columbia who represent clients daily in the US Bankruptcy Court System. He is a frequent lecturer and writer on topics related to bankruptcy, consumer finance, and debt management.
Will grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Natchez, Mississippi. He moved to Texas after surviving the devastation of Hurricane Katrina on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He is a devoted family man and loves to spend his free time with his wife and two children. He is an avid baseball fan, a frequent visitor to Camden Yards and a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan.
William is admitted to practice law in the States of Maryland and Texas and has an Inactive License in Mississippi.
He is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
